I love the Cinnamon Spice fiber thins and have a pack (or two) every morning. Definitely does the trick (you know what I mean!). It doesn't fill me up but it's a great way to get more fiber into my diet.

These chocolate wafers with 5 grams of fiber per portion are as tasty as the typical packaged cookie, though they can't begin to compete flavor-wise with fresh bakers produce. They are an easy way to help getting the 25 grams of fiber that we need every day. In fact they are easier to take than the Metamucil fiber powder and drinks.
