Fiber seems to be everywhere these days. Fiber, fiber, fiber, fiber!
Now you might think all that fiber is is the same. Do you know why doctors and pharmacists recommend certain kinds of fiber over others?
Is it because testing has shown that different fibers have different health benefits?
