This is a great goal, since increasing your water intake can help you lose weight, naturally gets rid of toxins, and keeps your body and skin hydrated. I keep a bottle of water by my desk all day so I can build up my water intake.

keeping a bottle of water beside the bed, I`ve found to be helpful. I wake uo thirsty, take a drink and throat feel`s better. usally don`t have to go to the bathroom till morning.

I have also found if I drink a 8 oz of water before my meals, I feel fuller and eat less. I also seem to have more energy when I drink more water. I too, keep a bottle of water at my desk so I drink water all day.

I think this is a myth for me...I just end up buying lots more toilet paper!! LOL
