Walking each day has really helped me, my heart, lungs, and believe it or not my digestion.

I have walked every day for the past 16 years with my dogs, it's a great way to get your exercise and they don't let you have the excuse that the weather isn't good enough to go or you don't want to.

This has also helped me lower my numbers, and it has also gave me more energy too!
