Hmmmm !! To answer your question, (in my humble opinion)...the Berry flavor tastes the best...however...I really believe that the original orange flavor works the best. It also seems to desolve quicker in the water.

i really love the sugar free orange. i use it hot or cold sometimes even put it in my tea. or add to a flavor water.

I like the sugar free orange. I use the bullet blender. Fill it half way with orange sugar free tang or orange cristal light, add metamucil, fill rest of the way with crushed ice. Blend and you have yourself a slushie. I use the pink with cristal pink lemonaide too.

The other posts are about the beverages, but my husband and I prefer Metamucil cookies (wafers). They come in two great flavors: cinnamon and apple. We have one of each every morning. They are great dunkers in our coffee. Nothing like starting off my day with cookies! YUM!
