Fitting all of the fiber you need each day into your diet can be tricky. Use a daily fiber diary to keep your fiber consumption on track. First, find out how many grams of dietary fiber you should be getting each day. Then track how much you're actually getting. Writing it down helps you see what you're truly taking in, and how you can increase your fiber content by eating fiber-rich foods and taking Metamucil® daily. Remember when you increase your fiber intake to drink more water.
