Goal: Laugh a Little for the Health of It
Everyone knows that laughter is the best medicine: Too bad you can't get a prescription for a good, hearty laugh, because it is proven to lower blood pressure, loosen your muscles, boost your energy, and make you feel closer to the people you're laughing with. Get your giggles from time spent with friends, comedy albums, or funny TV shows, or enjoy laughs live when you visit a comedy club. Have you ever noticed that a chaotic or stressful situation sometimes invites comic relief? Stress isn't good for your immune system, so help fight those viruses and bacteria by laughing out loud (LOL).

Open up to people. Tell them your embarrassing stories. More than likely, they'll do the same and tell you some whoppers of their own.
