Keep a Water Log
Drinking eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day benefits your whole body, from your skin to your digestive tract. But we don't always think about how much water we're getting over the course of a busy day. Start keeping a water log. Write down how many glasses of water you drink each day. You'll see where you could add a glass, such as during the midmorning slump, and where you could replace a less healthy drink with refreshing filtered water, such as when you reach for that diet soda in the midafternoon.

Watch quality as well as quantity. Drinking delicious, clean water starts with a PUR® pitcher or faucet filter. PUR water filters make it easy to provide your family with healthy, refreshing water. Plus, if you drink your water from a glass or reusable bottle, you cut down on the waste caused by disposable plastic bottles.
