Did you know you need about 5 cups of fruits and veggies per day? It's easier than you think to add these healthy components to your daily diet. Add bananas, blueberries, or strawberries to your cereal. Snack on baby carrots (12 baby carrots equals 1 cup), and eat a large salad for lunch or dinner (2 cups with mixed veggies included). Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins. And any serving you eat with the skin still on it, such as blueberries, apples, or cucumbers, gives you dietary fiber.
