Decide to Decaf
If your right hand seems to be constantly attached to that double mocha latte or supersized diet soda, it's probably time to cut down on the caffeine. Begin by replacing your caffeine drink of choice with water or fruit juice. Then, add more activity to your routine to keep your natural endorphins flowing. Be sure to get plenty of sleep, and take time each day to relax. You'll find that your body will adjust, with time (and patience), to the lack of caffeine in your diet. And your heart will thank you: Too much caffeine can overstimulate the central nervous system, putting undue stress on the circulatory system. Cut down on caffeine, and help your heart health.

Step it up:
Look into the sneaky ways caffeine can enter your diet: Chocolate, certain nuts, some mints and gums, and many candies contain caffeine. Replace these foods with healthier options, such as fruit, pretzels, and sugar-free candies.
