Sometimes, it might feel like the technology that connects us all also has also made our lives busier and more complicated. It used to be that you scheduled work and errands; now you pencil in time with friends and plan when to relax. The first way to de-clutter your overcommitted and jam-packed day is to write down how you spend your time. It's easy to do; just keep a pen and paper in your pocket and keep track of what you do and how long it takes. After a few days, you'll see your patterns, and you'll be able to pencil in nothing—and really mean it.
